Back on a cold sunny day in February, Kristen and Eric decided to spend the rest of their lives together. I actually went to high school with Eric and we ran Cross Country together for a few years. So when he emailed me last summer about shooting their wedding, I was really excited to meet Kristen and spend the day with them. Their wedding was out at Oak Ridge Conference Center in Chaska and I recruited my photographer Evan Uribe of Lumen Photography to shoot with me. Despite having temps hovering near single digits, Eric and Kristen were basically up for everything. I did feel a little bad though since I was dressed rather warm and they were not nearly as much. So we worked fast to say the least and then wrapped up the rest of the photos inside. They had an evening ceremony in front of a large marble fireplace in a very dimly lit room. It has a very romantic feel to it and just enough light for Evan and I to shoot photos.
